Prior to the release of entrance examination details to the public, some of the important information will be given as follows.

1) Examination schedule

<Summer examination>

• 2024 Doctoral Program (October enrollment) August 26, 2024

<Winter examination>

• 2025 Doctoral Program (April enrollment) February3, 2025

2) Release of Application Guidelines information on the Website

<Summer examination>

Release of Application Guidelines for the following entrance examination information on the website are scheduled to start on May 20, 2024, or after.

• 2024 Doctoral Program (October enrollment)

For applicants living outside Japan, please ask someone living in Japan or consult your prospective thesis advisor at the University to obtain the copy.

<Winter examination>

Release of Application Guidelines for the following entrance examination is scheduled to start on October 1, 2024, or after.

• 2025 Doctoral Program (April enrollment)

3) Cases where application eligibility needs to be examined beforehand

Please note that some categories of students (e.g. adult working students, early admission students) are required to have a prior consultation or undergo an eligibility screening before applying for the entrance examination.

Applicants are advised to promptly obtain the original copy of graduation diploma (or certificate of expected graduation) and academic transcript from the last school attended, as they are necessary for the eligibility screening. Details of the eligibility screening procedures will be posted on the website at a later date.
